Although they are only slightly smaller and a bit darker colored, the taste is surprisingly different. In fact, morels have a sour accent, which makes them an interesting ingredient. The combination of the delicious cherry flavor with the sour rounding makes morels ideal for use in jams and fruit juices, for example. At Fruitlife, we make a beautiful puree from morels, which can easily be used for desserts, cakes and smoothies, among other things. #### Fruitlife offers you a world of frozen fruit Fruitlife is an expert in freezing fruit and making fruit purees.
