Because besides the acidity of lemons and the sweetness of oranges and tangerines, there is also the bitterness of bergamot. The bitterness is another reason why bergamots are not so well known, because you don't eat them easily out of the mouth. However, they do do great as a culinary ingredient. Bergamots, in fact, have not only a bitter but also a slightly sour aroma. Take the bergamot puree (100%) from Fruitlife, for example. With it, you can easily add extra flavor to desserts, cakes, drinks and savory dishes. ### Save time with bergamot fruit puree Bergamots are round fruits with a yellow-green or yellow color. Like other citrus fruits, they have a fairly firm skin. In addition, they contain seeds. Therefore, if you want to apply the special taste of bergamot in one of your culinary creations, the processing of the fruit takes quite a lot of time, as you have to peel and stone it. With our puree of bergamot, you can get started right away. Also, you can always work with the taste of fresh bergamot. Thanks to Fruitlife's sophisticated freezing process, no aroma is lost. ### Buy fruit puree: take advantage of our convenient packs Wasting fruit is always a waste. But it is difficult to buy a precise stock where you have no shortages and no surpluses. That's why Fruitlife offers convenient quantities. For example, our puree of bergamot is available in packs of 6 x 1 kilo.
